These Air Fryer Salmon Bites are perfect served with rice, a drizzle of hot honey, vegetables, on a salad, or in tacos! Bite-size pieces of salmon are coated in a sweet-spicy rub and air-fried until tender and flaky.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds salmon skin removed
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon, adding a little at a time, and toss gently to coat the fish evenly.
  • Place the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer, ensuring there's a little space between them (work in batches if necessary).
  • Air fry at 380°F for 6-7 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking. There's no need to flip the salmon during the cook time.
